In this center you'll find:
- 50 minutes of class.
- A deep training of Pilates method.

- The MAT or soil work on a mat is the begin and the end of the technique. MAT exercises are the first ones which were designed and are the base for the exercises system, which Joseph Pilates designed. In this class we also use differents accessories: magic circle, fitball, roller, softball, elastic band...
- Machines (Reformer). The Reformer is one of the most completed machines designed by Joseph Pilates and allows to do lots of exercises. The springs system provide a variable resistance and allows to combine differents types of exercises to improve the physical condition.
- TRX is a training system based on suspension exercises, in which the hands or the feet are sustained on a fixed point while the rest of the body rests on the floor. It provides control and stabilization.
- ActivMotionBar equipment provides new ways to train the body and the equilibrium. Inside are void and they include bearings that move smoothly inside the bar. The mass changes make the muscles to active almost twice than other equipment. It's challenging and can be adapted for all levels.
